A young water buffalo named Buba is on the run from a king who's hunting him because of a prophecy that says Buba will be the one to conquer him and take the throne.

Buba has no interest in conquering anyone, but when they take his mom, he goes in search of a great warrior who might be his only chance of saving her.

What he doesn't know is that it's the friends and confidence in himself that he'll gain along the way that will make all the difference.
